Best car shopping experience ever. Chun is a man of integrity. He is not pushy. They have a one year warranty on their cars engine and transmission. This I have never before seen on a used car lt. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they stand behind their cars. A rare find in the used car business.
This dealership has VehicleDNA which provides help with the transmission and engine of your car for a year or 12,000 which one comes first. My experience was a nice one. Any questions I had for the car, Chuck answered them. He helped me to make sure I had the right loan amount.

Wow! The one word that comes to mind with my experience here!! Morgan was the nicest person ever as well as very professional and stayed in contact through the whole experience. I did not finance my Hummer H3 but they did everything possible to make sure I got to take my Hummer home at 8pm at night cause my bank was closed already. There were a few very minor little things I found on the hummer that needed repair and they did not hesitate to take care of it for me. They even gave me $20 for gas!! Definitely will use them again when car searching and I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!

This past weekend I finally purchased my dream car which is an SRT8! I called United Auto Friday to confirm the test drive the next day and fill out the financial application. United Auto Gallery was awesome at following through and following up with me to make sure all of my concerns with the vehicle was addressed before I purchased it. My SRT8 is 10years old, so I am aware it may have or does have potentially 10year old issues and I'm ok with that. The manager and all of the employees there worked with me to make sure my concerns with the vehicle was met and made it convenient for their mechanics to address potentially 10year old issues.I love my new vehicle!! Called to get information about a specific vehicle, spoke with ayman.....very helpful listened and got me the information I needed....after couple of days thinking about it, called again to set up time to come look at it.....2 hours away..i asked what I would need to bring were I to choose the car.....anyway drove 2 hrs and met him, very pleasant and reasonable, this is a business so I understand they must make some money, but aymans character made me feel like a friend. That being said I dealt a intermittent ignition miss, and asked what happens if this is a cam and not spark plugs or coils....he said he w oyld take care of it, I said I am 2 hours away, he said if was major, he would pay for it. I was skeptical as anyone would be, but liked the car and so far was treated right. Took car....2 days later, Monday had it in my dealership, was cam and lifters....i called not happy he said go to Wal-Mart he will wire the money within 30 mins.....well, he actually did, over 1k....this means he had character, and that is rare these days, I am greatful to do any business with them even so far away, has my loyalty.
